What the company does and where the money goes
Zetwerk makes industrial and consumer goods for other companies, through its own factories and a network of suppliers, for sectors such as power, renewables, electronics, aerospace and defence. The new money is for repaying loans of the company and some subsidiaries, for acquisitions not yet named, and for general corporate purposes. The offer for sale is by the promoters Amrit Pratik Acharya and Srinath Ramakkrushnan and investors including Peak XV, Lightspeed, Kae Capital and Accel.

About the grey market premium
Grey market websites quoted a premium of about ₹14 a share for Zetwerk on 16 October 2026, as reported by InvestorGain. GMP is unofficial. It comes from deals outside the stock exchanges that SEBI does not regulate, it changes every day, and the listing price is often very different.
