About GMP. The grey market premium is an unofficial price quoted in an unregulated market before listing. SEBI and the exchanges do not publish or recognise it, it changes several times a day, and the actual listing price is often very different. Treat it as a rough mood indicator, never as a promise.

How the estimated listing price is worked out

Estimated listing price = upper end of the price band + GMP. For a band of ₹95 to ₹100 and a GMP of ₹20, the estimate is ₹120, a 20% gain. It is only an estimate from unofficial trades, and it is often wrong on listing day.

Why GMP is unreliable

Questions

Is GMP trading legal?

Grey market deals happen outside the stock exchanges and are not regulated by SEBI. Nothing protects you if the other side does not pay. Saifu only reports the numbers.

Does a high GMP mean I will get shares?

No. Allotment depends on how many times the retail portion is subscribed. A high GMP usually means heavy demand, which lowers your chance of allotment.

How often is this page updated?

Twice a day on working days, in the morning and the evening.

Last updated 19 October 2026, 18:50 IST. Prices, dates and lot sizes are from each IPO's offer document and the stock exchanges; GMP readings name their source.

Saifu is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or a broker. This page reports facts from the offer document, the stock exchanges and news reports, and the grey market premium as other sites report it. It is not a recommendation to apply for, buy or sell any share. Read the RHP and decide for yourself.
