Shareholder quota: Up to Rs 2,500 crore reserved for individual and HUF public shareholders of Reliance Industries as on October 14, 2026 (RHP filing date); up to Rs 500 crore reserved for eligible employees. Eligible shareholders can bid in both the retail and the shareholder category.

Questions

What is the Jio IPO subscription status today?

Bidding opens on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. Figures appear here from the first day.

What does "subscribed 2x" mean?

It means bids came in for twice the number of shares on offer in that category. Each category (QIB, NII, retail, shareholders, employees) is counted separately.

When does the Jio IPO close?

Bidding closes on Friday, 23 October 2026. UPI mandates must be approved by 5 pm that day; check your bank or broker for its own cut-off.

Where do these figures come from?

From the bid details NSE and BSE publish through the day, or from major news reports quoting them, with the time of each reading.

Does high subscription mean listing gains?

No. Heavy demand often goes with a higher opening price, but not always. Our GMP vs listing scorecard shows how often the pre-listing signals were right.
